Our Recruitment Team

The Recruitment team is the main point of contact for our customers. Our Consultants are committed to developing long-term relationships, delivering exemplary levels of service and sharing specialist knowledge. Specialising in placements in specific specialty groupings allows our team members to develop relationships with our customer base over an extended period, quite often guiding candidates through their induction into the UK or Irish healthcare system and providing support over several years.

As perfect labour market knowledge does not exist in most areas of employment (and healthcare recruitment is no exception) it is vital that our clients partner with a recruitment firm capable of ensuring a wide pool of candidates available for assessment and selection; in recognition of this fact, we approach talent resourcing by working closely with hospitals to establish how best our service can be utilised and developing candidate attraction activities that are varied and far-reaching. By focussing upon ‘difficult to fill’ posts we support our clients and enhance the quality of our service to them.

We recognise that beginning work in a new hospital or country can be stressful and can require considerable adjustment. Our consultants are ready to support our doctors and nurses with “onboarding” programs tailored to their specific needs which may include assistance with accommodation, induction, banking, information on educational and healthcare facilities and advice on relocating families. The team keeps in regular contact throughout placements, gaining meaningful feedback from our candidates and clients aimed at enhancing future career prospects and the suitability of the healthcare professionals we put forward for placements.
