Crown Commercial Service

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is a new commercial service for Government, acting on behalf of the Crown, to drive savings for the taxpayer through an integrated commercial and procurement service for the public sector. Its vision is to deliver value for the nation through outstanding commercial capability and quality customer service. Direct Medics was awarded a place on the CCS Framework for the supply of doctors both locum and fixed-term to the NHS from July 2013, as part of AHL Recruitment Ltd.

NHS Scotland

Direct Medics were awarded one of only ten places on the NHS Scotland locum framework from May 2013 for four years, covering all fourteen health boards in Scotland.

HealthTrust Europe

Aimed at making the supply of medical locums simple and transparent whilst fully EU compliant, this framework agreement strives to drive savings of up to 10% and to remove the need to run labour intensive local procurement processes.

Direct Medics have been supporting the HealthTrust Europe framework since the acquisition of The Consultants Agency in 2014. As this framework grows in membership, so too does our scope to supply high quality candidates throughout England.
